Ordering Your Emerybuilt

You have the option of either buying an Emerybuilt that we have in stock or ordering one from the manufacturer.  The majority of our customers prefer the savings of what we call our Pre-Pay Plan. With the Pre-Pay Plan you can save as much as $3000.00 on your purchase! 

The way the Pre-Pay Plan works is that we only place orders by the container load.  That means we must have a minimum of at least three pre-paid tractor sales before the purchase can be finalized.  We DO NOT deposit any payments until we are ready to place the order with the factory. 

The waiting period for the delivery of your Emerybuilt varies depending on the time of year.  The average waiting time is eight to nine weeks, but it has extended to as long as twelve weeks in some rare instances.  However, this method of purchasing allows you to invest your money and receive a substantial discount.

Ordering Using the Pre-Pay Plan for Emerybuilt Tractors

Once you agree to purchase your Emerybuilt, a sales agreement will be sent to you to be signed.  At that time we require a 75% deposit along with the signed contract.  The remaining 25% balance will be due at the time you receive your Emerybuilt. 

For all implements that are purchased separately from a tractor we require a 100% deposit at the time of the contract signing before the order can be finalized. 

Sales Tax

Virginia sales tax is 5% and will be applied to all sales unless the customer has a tax exemption number and supplies Emerybuilt, Inc. with the proper forms. 

Warranty

Emerybuilt, Inc. offers the same one year limited parts warranty that is extended from Yancheng Tractor Factory.  This warranty covers only parts that are defective.  This warranty does not cover labor, fluids, transportation or shipping costs nor is Emerybuilt, Inc. responsible for anything other than supplying replacement parts for defective ones.  The customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs of warranty parts and must provide a picture of or return the defective parts upon request at the customer's expense. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO PARTS BROKEN DUE TO MISUSE, ABUSE OR ANY OTHER BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE DUE TO OPERATOR ERROR.  If it is deemed that any part is defective or broken due to operator error, Emerybuilt, Inc. will supply the replacement part at its regular price. 

Tires, clutch, clutch bearings, brakes, belts, hoses, battery, hydraulic hoses and normal wear items are covered for only 30 days, parts only.
